What Do We Do?

Hello World!

QCS aims to be the main social, academic and representative society within the School of EEECS. Now in our third year, we will be hosting a number of events throughout the academic year including some awesome nights out (and nights in!), a number of academic events that will assist you on your studies and some lovely hoodies.

We’ve a number of awesome events in our line up for the 2013 – 2014 academic year including:

  • Annual Freshers Pub Crawl
  • Computing Pub Quiz
  • Belfast to… Rip Trip
  • QCS Ludum Dare.
  • Annual QCS Formal
  • Industry Talks
  • A range of smaller events throughout the year

This year, we also hope to build upon our already strong industry links in an effort to provide a wide range of academic events to improve the experience of Computing Students at Queens.

Alongside our events line up, we’ll also be providing hoodies to Computing Students within Queens. Further information will be available in the coming weeks on our website and will be announced via our Social Media links.

Interested? Then do get involved! Membership is available to anyone and it is not at all necessary to a Computing Student! Check out our Membership page for more information.
